Those companies don’t get paid unless you actually book one of your

There are a few
(very few...) disgruntled Coastal Vacation Club Veterans out there who
hate the Coastal Call Center and what it stands for. They have
created smear campaigns. Are paying money out of their own pockets
in Google Ads, rounding up people asking them to say bad things about
their experiences and other things, just to turn people away from a good
idea, trying to show them THEIR IDEA works better. Maybe their
ideas and techniques and teams are really better too. But you will never
know unless you do your own due diligence. But remember to compare apples
to apples.
Others have
started their own call centers to try to duplicate ours, which was the
first, and original call center design. CEO's from other companies
in 2 up Comp Plans begged our President to build a call center for them.
Other industry leaders, veterans, and top heavy hitters from OTHER
programs RAN to use this model, because they discovered how simple and
easy it is to work a No Selling system, and you know what? I think that is
great! There are some really neat people out there copying us, and I
applaud their efforts, as I know THEY TOO are experiencing phenomenal
successes, like we are! People want to copy success.
WHY IS THAT?
There are those
people, IN COASTAL, prominent, veterans mind you, from Virgina, with strong internet
presence, who have created websites on the internet to make Call Centers
look bad. There is even a top board of Director in Coastal
complaining about us, because we make more money than them. They have recorded phone calls which try to make the
Coastal Call Center look bad, and in my opinion, while they were sitting
there trying to knock the new kid off the block, with their lame proof, I
was making almost $30,000 in sales in one day through this Coastal Call
Center. So go figure. Hey, don't listen to what anyone one says, all
anyone wants to do, is get you to join their group because they
think..."We have the best system." I'll be the first to admit it, I want
this letter and page to get you to join my group, but in the end, I leave
it up to you. I think the smart ones will prove to themselves how
brilliant they really are and make wise choices in the end, picking the
best "system" for them, in choosing directors and systems to get involved
with. We all know, many people shop for the best directors and the best
systems to try.
Maybe the Coastal Call Center is Good?

So some will do
anything to make their teams look better than others, heck, even I am
doing that, just by creating this website. But you know what?
I don't care if you don't join with me, and I don't mind if you think the
Coastal Call Center might not be right for you, because you are right, it
probably is not right for you.
But then again, it
might be exactly what you have been waiting all your life for. So,
listen to all the audios. Check out all the sites. And then in the
end, you give your money to the person who you think can help you the
most. If it is not me, then more power to you, as you look for other
directors. I've only been doing this for 16 months, and I have no formal
marketing knowledge, no formal schooled sales training, no internet
marketing formal training, never took a class on how to build websites,
and I talk with a little lisp, and... I even was a Youth Pastor for 9
years.... so... don't listen to me if you don't want to. You can
join with anyone you want.
Life's an inside job, and it is all about who you know and
who knows you in this industry.
There is a reason

Hoyt Farmer is a Level 3 director, he must be in
order to make purchases and deliver the product to our sales center
customers.
Do they steal sales from people who do not call in under an ID#?
Do they teach people to NOT work and be lazy?
Do they teach people NOT to sell on their own?
Does the Sales Center interrupt your day, make your life
difficult?
Do the people who claim Sales Centers are bad even have a clue what
we do or have they even called in, talked with reps and got the truth
from the sales reps or owners, or do they just make up stories about what they think
because they are mad we make more money than they do?
Is a sales center the best and only way to do a business?
Why don’t reps start their own business? Why not just go out there
and make $1000 commissions on their own?
I use Hoyt Farmer’s, and there is another one out there
too, please do not confuse them both.

1) It's a conflict of interest - will they steal your
sales? The people who run
these call centers are also Coastal Directors. You are sending your
livelihood - your precious prospects that you have spent good money to
find - to another Director in Coastal... hoping they will have the
integrity to give you all the sales? That's an awfully big temptation to
set in anyone's lap. You should never trust your leads to anyone else..
those are your sales. I'm not saying they
are currently stealing sales, but the potential is there, and that's
enough for me to steer clear.
ANSWER: The person who runs the Call Center in Tempe, Arizona is
Hoyt Farmer. He is a level 3 Director. He joined Coastal under Jeff
Mills in and bought the call center from Jeff Mills teammate, Hoyt Farmer.
He saw how this would help other people, so Hoyt bought it.
The sales reps are not in Coastal, there is another call center out there
that has sales reps in Coastal. Hoyt’s call center is not like theirs and
I cannot speak for them. I endorse Hoyt Farmer’s system as one of the
highest of integrity in my experience.
The leads in your call center back office belong to the clients who
referred them, not the call center. They are there for the client to see
so they see who is responding to their advertisements. The reps track
where the leads are coming in from too, so a marketer knows how their
advertising is pulling or not pulling. A Director can call those leads,
work those leads on their own, like regular, or allow the call center
staff to close the sales for them. It is the personal choice of the user
how involved they wish to become.
Hoyt’s word is Gold. The man is totally above board on all levels. The
same temptation in front of the Board of Directors to run with all the
7000 people using the COA sites, which are endorsed by the Board of
Directors, is the same temptation in front of all of us. But Hoyt would
not sell out, steal downlines, or take the people and run. That is
unethical. Just like the Board of Directors would never turn or take the
7000 people using the COA sites.
Will he or would he steal sales? The answer is no. Your data is safe
with the Coastal Call Center.
2) It's not fair to the prospect. The person answering your ad calls the number and speaks with
someone at the call center who builds rapport with them and makes the
sale. That person is picking a mentor, just like you are doing right now,
and they are joining because they like that person they spoke with. Is it
really ethical to then hand them to you? Think about it. What if, after
all the hard work you are doing right now to make sure you are getting
started correctly with the right person/group, the person you built that
relationship with suddenly pawned you off on a newbie who had no
experience and didn't have anything to teach you? You would feel robbed,
cheated, and abandoned. So will your sales if they are generated through
the call center.
ANSWER: Why is it not fair to hire a marketing service to do the
work for you? Why is it not fair to pass sales to a director, isn’t that
what happens when a person makes a roll up sale to their director for a
training sale? Isn’t the prospect joining, and then all the sudden handed
off to a new director they have no knowledge about?
I think how the call center does it is brilliant. If I could find a
better way to sell Coastal packages more, I would do it, but this is the
best and simplest way to allow those who have a fear of selling or cannot
sell to be able to do it with success without having to sell. Busy people
with no time to put 5-10 hours a week doing it the traditional way love to
use us. People with language difficulties, love to use us. People who are
not good at selling love to use us.
The professionalism of our call center reps is the hallmark of the
system. They are knowledgeable about the Coastal product, because they
were trained by top Coastal producers to be able to handle any objection,
and answer any detail about the product. This is what makes our sales
center unique from others.
Not only that, but our sales center system comes complete with weekly
trainings which educate, teach, and coach ALL members using the system, so
if a director is not doing their job, then our expert training staff will
carry the load. These trainings will begin in August. Coastal Sales Center
members have the same opportunities to plug into the same training other
Coastal members use. They have the additional opportunity to plug into
more trainings and advanced coaching sessions through the sales center.
They have the opportunity to do this, just as other new
associates have the opportunity to order 500 leads and spend their
weekends calling them all, chasing them all. It does not mean they will
all take advantage of the opportunity, but it is there for them.
This is no different then how directors handle new recruits now. If
one picks a director and she or he is not using a sales center, you either
learn from them or you don’t.
As the new lead is brought through a 3 step process from (1) initial
call, to (2) doing their due diligence about Coastal and the director, and
finally (3) signing up, they will know as much as any other new person,
and have plenty of information to see if selling with a call center doing
the work is better than selling on their own.
We know the stats and the stats don’t lie, and they are the same for ALL home based businesses. 95% of people who join a traditional direct sales or MLM company never make a check, ever!
9 out of 10 people hate to sell, so we are changing the failure rates
by lowering them. We have done something no one else could do, we are
seeing from 18% success rates now, and I would hope people see an
advantage with better chances of success with a call center system for
those who are attracted to that model of selling. Yes, if people are good
at doing selling they won’t need a sales center, but their teammates who
are not as skilled as their directors might.
Don’t get us wrong, no one has to do Coastal using a call center, they
can continue to do it directly, close sales and overcome objections all on
their own, but the chances of their downlines duplicating that with any
success is slim to none, remember only 5% have success with even ONE sale.
This fact is proven by history and the #’s from all home based business
opportunities.
I like 18% success ratios better, and it allows for more people to
share in the success of running their own business as independent agents.
We have seen so many people who never made a check, in Coastal for years,
finally get one using a call center to close the sales for them. That is
so remarkable and something to celebrate!
Once a sale is made, the new recruit begins the training process. Like
any Coastal sale, you just don’t know how helpful the director will
be...it is a crapshoot. You are taking a chance. Those chances stay the
same with the call center. You could get a good knowledgeable director,
or a new person just starting off.
3) It feeds off people's greed and laziness and creates
whole groups of that same kind of people. The reasons people choose to go with the call center programs are
usually greed and laziness. They want something for nothing. They don't
want to have to work. They want to believe that they don't have to talk to
anyone but can still get sales. That a great fantasy, but it is far from
the truth.
This is not a vending machine business. This is sales. It is all about
people and relationships. You really think people will be willing to spend
$11,000 (or even just $1300) with someone they don't trust? Would you?
People need to be able to talk to someone... they need to get a feel for
who they are choosing to work with and an idea of their chances for
success. Sales is about people. You have to be willing to interact with
people if you are going to be successful in any type of sales. As easy and
as "un-sales-like" Coastal is, you still have to talk to people. You can't
get around it.
Plus, even if you could manage to get all these people to join under
you through the call center programs, is that really who you would want to
have to work with? A bunch of unmotivated, whiny, lazy people? Would you
want to personally train them and help them get their training sales? How
could you even train them if no one had ever shown you how? Is that really
the type of business you are looking to build?
ANSWER: I am not sure where you are getting your information
about greed and laziness. I have never heard anyone tell me they joined
because they are greedy or lazy.
My Coastal business has doubled and almost tripled because of the Call
Center, and my work load has greatly been increased. I went from $20,000 a
month now to already over $50,000.
Just like any Coastal sale, there are 3 elements everyone must use when
marketing, and no lazy person makes money, unless they do these:
Message Market
Media
We know everyone must advertise their business no matter what type or
kind of business they have. Or they can buy specific or generic leads. If
people were lazy, they would not advertise, they would not market, they
would not buy leads. They would not do anything.
All sales center associates using our system must do the work to get
their ideas/ads into the marketplace. Just like anyone else in Coastal.
That does not change at all.
We teach people in our system ways to craft the MESSAGE, and
ways to target a MARKETGROUP and what kinds of MEDIA to use to carry the message to the right market. A lazy person would not
go through such efforts.
Making the assumption that all sales center users are lazy and greedy
is a dangerous accusation. It must be backed up. I would think people
would not think kindly of this kind of name calling from a fellow
Director.
How do we build relationships with people before they buy? Through
systemized education and law of attraction selling principles, that is
how.
Here is a sample of a non-lazy person’s sales process, from start to
finish on how they would be joining.
1. Member places ads or buys leads. You must have leads. Some member's
ads direct leads right into step #7 with 4 and 5 line classified ads in
newspapers or magazines!
2. Member calls lead and using a professional script, walks client
through education and qualification process. Are they seriously looking?
Are they income qualified? Do they like to sell or just want to be carrier
pigeons and give information? There can also be other automated systems to
call leads to scan for interest, besides manual calling as well. We teach
our groups high tech and high touch marketing methods, most don’t even
know about.
3. Member invites lead to Sales Center Website where they are
presented with a beautiful flash movie presentation that creates a great
feeling in prospect to be associated with leaders and use a professional
sales center. This flash movie raises the bar on any online marketing
system on the internet. This website will be available for use in August.
It is not Vacation Power, it is a different system completely. See my website here,

4. Lead, after watching online movie, opts into member’s capture page
where 12 autoresponders follow up with messages requesting leads
attendance in a live Q and A call, where we do a full presentation on the
Coastal product and also on the Coastal Sales Center recruiting system.
Lead also surfs a very detailed, content rich website, which is
personalized. Now the coastal director can finally personalize a site
more than just a name and phone #. They will be able to add a complete
text bio, saying whatever they wish in their own words, with pictures,
audio buttons, videos all completely programmable in html and the like, so the prospect will feel a strong
attraction to them, if they chose to move forward and join with that
director. Attraction selling is one of the most neglected selling
techniques, but we teach our users how to attract the right clients.
5. Lead gets first email follow up in email box automatically, and is
invited to come to live Q and A call and can ask any questions for 40
minutes and interact with the professional call hosts who will answer
their questions intelligently.

6. Lead will be directed to call into sales center with the member ID
they were contacted with mine is (2189JM), and get started if they see the value in using a
true no selling system.
7. Lead calls into toll free # with an ID code. Sale Center Pros take
the sale, handle any objections, final questions and then sign up the
member, order the packages, and deliver a check to the enrolling director,
while tracking to see if the sale is a roll up to an upline director.
There is an amazing tracking system, which is what people have always
wanted from the Board of Directors. Everyone must pass up two sales, no
buddy deals allowed. No under cutting as the price is firm. Once a person
calls in under an ID, they must sign up under the ID and cannot be moved.
This means you get the sale from your spent advertising money.
Consider this… what did the Coastal Associate do in this whole
process? Just placed an ad, and talked with a prospect one time. And
then the system did the rest. That is a sweet system if you ask me. No
laziness or greed here. We created a system that people want to use,
because it is simple, duplicatable and fun. We eliminated the final part
of asking for money and the sale, and have professional do it, because our
members want it done that way, because they don’t know how to sell and
don't want to know how to sell. Can members not use the call center
and still make sales on their own. Yes, sure, it is their business they
can do it how ever they want.
4) The theory simply isn't working. I know people who are using the call centers, I have spoken with
them many times about this, and the system isn't making them a dime. The
only sales they have been able to make is by duping other directors in
Coastal to re-enroll with the Call Center. Or worse, the sales are coming
from the leads that you and I have worked hard to generate. Just like you
are surfing the internet right now seeing all your options, so will a lot
of your leads. They will go online to see everything available to Coastal
members, and they will then get sweet-talked into joining with the call
centers instead of you. You paid to generate that lead, but the vultures
are sitting there ready to snatch it from you. That bothers me. I agree
that everyone should be allowed to choose whom they work with, regardless
of who they talked to first, but setting up websites specifically to go
after and steal other people's sales? I don't agree with that.
ANSWER: Right, it is not perfect, there are people who will
join, place ads, buy leads, take people through the system completely, and
do everything right and in the end, they won’t make a sale. The reason it
is not perfect is because PEOPLE are involved. People are the x-factor,
which none of us can predict their successes or failures.
There are also people who will join, and then wait..... and then wait
some more, no ads buys, no lead buys, no talking to people, no using the
tools and then wait. And then they run to others and complain they
did not make sales. Remember, this is a business, and if you run
your own business you have to market it, advertise it, support it, work
hard, work smart, be aware of the competition, and think like a merchant.
We don't teach, and have never taught people to site on their call center
memberships and wait for sales to happen without lifting a finger.
We teach people how to generate or use leads. Once that part is
done, we have a call center to do the closings.
But like a said, moving the chances from 5% or less success rate in ANY
home based business, especially a “Two-UP” model, and allowing for a
18-38% chance of success, sure beats the odds to me. Show me a working
model or any directors who see more than 5% of their groups roll up
sales…. It just does not happen. Only a few get even 10-12% duplication
doing it the traditional way. Only the small few who are superstars, but
as we all know, there is a small group at the top and too many at the bottom
with zero sales. We plan to change that now. Now everyone is a superstar
when our closers handle the sales for them.
People will join systems and directors which they are attracted to.
They will get called by a director, and the lead will end up not buying
and be dormant for 4 months, decide to get activated, call back the
director and find they are not in the business anymore and then go to the
internet to do research. In the research process some will stick out more
than others. Some people will see ads in magazines and do research,
others hear about it from friends and decide to do research. It is gonna
happen, and people might even come to you or me first and end up joining
with others too.
Some leads will not have connections with some directors at all and not
want to do business with them and so they will go to do research online
and find someone or something which is attractive to them. I have
personally lost many sales to other directors because this is the way the
lead wanted to do it.
We strongly advocate Coastal Associates, already in Coastal, not to
bail on their current directors, in fact, we are adamant about it. Some
won’t care about that, and will join anyways, on their own will. It is
their business after all, so they in the end have a choice how they wish
to do it. We allow qualified directors access to the system now too, if
they wish.
We are not vultures, circling or swarming to pick up scraps. We are
marketing directly to find people who share the same vision as us, and if
people like our system, over someone else’s, that is just competition, and
marketing.
I look at it this way. Here is an analogy using NFL Football.
Let's say I am the coach of the Minnesota Vikings. I want the best
team in the league, so, I go out, scout players in High School, College
and from OTHER TEAMS! I make offers to them, and they decide to join my
team or play on someone else's team. That is the way it is in the NFL,
with players switching teams, moving contracts, all positioning themselves
to be in the best system, to win the Super Bowl.
In life and business it is the same way, there is always a company,
corporation looking for the top player to lead their team, or join their
groups to make them stronger.
But all the sudden, some people don't think those rules should apply in
MLM or Direct Sales. Well, all other businesses practice fair and legal
play, and so do we, people always have the final say on who they spend
their money with.
Does Burger King get mad when a customer decides to buy at MacDonald’s
even though they are selling the same type of product? The customer always
has a choice where to spend their money, and whom to buy from. Marketing
is all about how to get the customers to pick YOU, based on your
relationship/attraction factor in the marketing message. Those who know
this, do well, while others flounder, and then decide to attack.
These are the secrets I teach people in my team and why many of my team
are now some of the top people in this organization.
So the answer is yes, the system is NOT working for everyone who joins,
but the chances of success for everyone are HUGE compared to doing it any
other way. Take your chances either way; it is up to the individual to
decide when poised with this question.
5) Why ride someone else's coat tail? There are plenty of ways to market Coastal , including setting up
your own call center if that's what you really want to do, without
associating yourself with anyone or anything that is questionable. Why
risk your own reputation and your prospects perception of your integrity?
Better to be a leader than just a follower.
Answer: I agree with those who ask this one, and this is true, this is the call
center that I use because my downline created it. Instead of being
followers, doing it traditional ways, we just made up a new way, a cool
and fun way, no one else at the time ever thought of. I hear there
are like 5 other call centers now, so I guess people want to duplicate
success. I endorse it, it was
created to create success and real true leaders in our team. It has done
this, but please, don’t question our integrity or ethics publicly. You
can call us, ask us questions, get answers first, before making a public
declarations based on hearsay, conjecture and negative feedback from a
small minority. This is entirely an open dialogue, not meant to be mean
spirited toward anyone. Just people's opinion, and my opinion on what has
been stated publicly on the net, to help people make decisions about which marketing tools they
wish to chose.
Prospects, please chose the way YOU feel YOU can be successful with.
Don't let anyone tell you what way it has to be, make a decision, based on
your own due diligence.
I love the fact many have an opinion and publicly state it. People have
all the rights to do that. Some agree with those, some with me, and in
the end that is ok, no one is claiming here to be superior, better or have
the right way of doing things. It is just a different way.
As I stated, since only 5% of people ever make a check (or less) in any
home based business, we can fool ourselves into thinking more will be
successful not using a call center because of our great trainings and
tools and such, but in the end, it is always people who let down
themselves, by not taking action. If more people took action, there would
be more sales in a traditional model of selling Coastal. The lead would
take action and join and the seller would take action, and become a

objections.
Human beings are human beings, and those who want to seriously survive
and excel, will do it, and never give up. And those with weaker
constitutions will crumble and fade away. ALL of us need to be leaders
who build up, champion all members, methods and people to be the best they can be,
and do our part, and in the end, only the individual can make it happen.
Users and marketers of Coastal Vacations would do better if more action
was taken rather than continuing to get ready to get ready. If people
want to crawl first with a call center, to learn how to walk and run on
their own later, they can have that choice.
If people want to crawl into Coastal, using a selling system where they
do all the work, and chase leads, close objections, ask for money and
train people all on their own, they can make that choice and do it that
way too! Great! It works too!
An analogy I have used when talking with prospects about sales center
criticism is first to tell them that the sales center is very difficult
to sell against and I understand the other Director's frustration.
My analogy deals with choosing a home you want to buy. Both homes are
very nice. They are both 2900 square feet, the same design, and on the
same lot. The difference is that the home I am offering has plumbing
and electricity. The other home does not. You can put alot of work
into the other home and buy an outhouse for the yard while you are doing
it, or you can get the house with plumbing and electricity and move
forward. Which home do you want to live in?
My final comments are this. Coastal is simply a great product,
and from my own personal use, I have saved close to $10,000 using the product
over the last year and a half. I can’t wait to keep on using it.
HOW people market Coastal is to be chosen by the individual. There are
many ways to do it. And the good news is ALL WAYS WORK, they just work
differently for different people.
If considering getting into Coastal do it the way YOU want to, not the
way someone else tells you to do it.
